Frequently Asked Questions

The serial number does not work?!

Re-download the latest version: click here to download. After downloading and installing the latest version copy and paste the registration name and key you received. If you still encounter problems, please feel free to contact our support team: support@indiepath.com.

If you are unfamiliar on how to copy & paste the key, please see our tutorial.

The Editor is not compatible with the new version of the game!

1. Please re-download the game click here and re-install it.

2. Make sure you re-install the editor to same folder with the game!

If you cannot load any newly created levels

Please do the following:

1. Locate "C:\Program Files\GEOM v1.2\geom\" (the place of old editor level pack files) and copy the folder data (select all, click Ctrl+C)

2. Move to "C:\Program Files\GEOM\geom\" (the place of new game level pack files) and paste the copied folder data there (click Ctrl+V)

(reply "yes to all" when it asks whether to replace files)

How do I play the game?

The idea of the game is to rotate geoms and match colors by clicking inside the shapes.

I have installed the game and now it does not work.

Make sure you check the minimum specifications for the particular game, please ensure your computer meets those specifications. All Indiepath games as standard require a minimal specification to run.

System requirements :: 300 MHZ Intel or AMD Processor, Windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP, DirectX 7.0 or newer, Direct3D compatible video chipset.

The game works, but it is slow and the screen update is jerky.

Try to do the following:

Ensure you have the latest Drivers for your graphics card installed.
You may also try a lower resolution in the game launcher (like 640x480)
Try to uncheck the 32Bit color option.

How do I register my copy? Do I need to download any other files?

To activate the full version of the software you must first purchase a licence. When you launch the game press the "Buy Full Version" button, this will direct you to the purchase screens. When you have paid for the software you will be given an activation code. Enter this as instructed. You now have a full version of the software.
